My own health journey began over a decade ago.
It started with patches of red skin on my face. After being told it was everything from a fungal infection to eczema, I eventually saw a dermatologist, who immediately diagnosed me with an autoimmune condition called psoriasis.
I declined Methotextrate, which was the only treatment I was offered and did a lot of research into how I could manage the condition naturally. Over the last ten years, I’ve been able to keep my symptoms (mostly) at bay using nutrition and lifestyle.
Fast forward to 2020, and a viral infection left me with post-viral chronic pain and fatigue. After multiple phone calls to the GP and being offered only painkillers, I realised that I’d need to go beyond traditional medicine to feel better.
Again, I turned to nutrition and lifestyle to manage the symptoms.
This is just a snapshot of the health issues I’ve experienced - it’s also involved chronic anxiety, low mood, burnout, heavy periods, hormone imbalances and poor gut health, and many of the other conditions that your dream clients are likely to be struggling with.
